News Police ask that anyone who spots the missing 79-year old Irma Passwaters or her vehicle call 911. Irma Passwaters and her Vehicle The Fairfield County Sheriff's Department are asking all Ohio residents to be on the lookout for 79 year old Irma Passwaters of Canton. She was reported missing when she did not return after leaving a residence Cherry Ave. in Canton Wednesday evening at 10:30 pm. Police say Passwaters suffers from dementia and they are concerned for her safety. Passwaters is a 79 year old White woman with brown hair and brown eyes.
